Namaskaram! I’m Arjun. I’m 28 and I’m a professional chef currently running my own small cloud kitchen in Kochi, Kerala. Food is my life. It’s my love language, my art, and my legacy. I come from a family of fantastic home cooks, and I decided to take that passion to the professional level.
I trained in classical French cuisine but my heart belongs to the flavors of South India. There is nothing in this world like the smell of fresh curry leaves crackling in coconut oil. I specialize in modern interpretations of traditional Kerala dishes. My signature dish? A deconstructed Appam with a spiced coconut foam. It sounds fancy, but it tastes like home.
When I’m not in the kitchen sweating over a hot stove, I’m either at the local market sourcing fresh produce or I’m traveling to learn new recipes. I’m a very passionate person. If I care about something, I give it 200%. I love meeting people who are equally passionate about what they do. I’m a bit of a perfectionist, which can be annoying for my friends, but it means the food is always good.
